The Shoggi is a small, ergonomic meditation bench that distributes the body’s weight more evenly between the seat and the knees.

Two possible positions:

• Diamond: heels under the buttocks, passing inside or outside the legs of the bench;
• Lotus: legs crossed in front of you.
